Our Mission
Women With Purpose, Inc. is a Christ-centered nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering and supporting single mothers through holistic programs, services, and resources that foster self-sufficiency, growth, and resilience.
We exist to break cycles of poverty, homelessness, and generational
hardship by addressing the root challenges families face—family reunification, economic instability, and access to essential resources.
Our Vision
We envision a community where single mothers are restored, empowered, and thriving—walking confidently in their God-given purpose, leading stable families, and creating new legacies for future generations.
A world where women are no longer defined by their past, but strengthened by God’s grace, equipped for success, and supported by a loving community.

Our Foundation & Founder’s Story…
Greetings, I’m Tashá J. Reeves, Founder and CEO of Women With Purpose, Inc., a Christ-centered organization serving single mothers in North Phoenix, Arizona. I am firm in my faith in Christ Jesus, honored to be a pastor’s wife, a proud mother of four daughters and one son, and a devoted dog mom. In both my personal and professional life, I strive to nurture the blessings
God has entrusted to me and to walk in purpose with unchanging faith.
Women With Purpose, Inc. was birthed in March 2021 through a season of trials, reflection, and divine calling. Alongside my daughters, we faced challenges that led to deep introspection and a life-changing revelation—to serve and uplift single mothers who are navigating similar hardships. What began as a personal healing journey became a ministry of restoration, rooted in faith and fueled by the desire to see women set free from generational cycles through a personal relationship with God.
My own journey began with adversity at a young age, marked by abandonment, rejection, molestation, homelessness, poverty, and various forms of abuse—both external and internal. Yet through accountability, surrender, and God’s redeeming grace, I found healing and purpose. These experiences have equipped me to walk alongside women with compassion and understanding, reminding them that their past does not define their future.
I am now a Certified Adult Spiritual & Mental Health Coach and an emerging Christian author with a heart for seeing women healed, restored, and walking in wholeness. I believe deeply in the promise of Jeremiah 29:11—that God’s plans for us are filled with hope and a future.
Today, Women With Purpose, Inc. stands as a vessel of transformation—helping women discover their identity, reclaim their families, and rise into the fullness of who God created them to be.

Our team is made up of devout, committed, compassionate, and dependable individuals who serve with excellence and integrity. United by a deep reverence for God and a passion for empowering women, our volunteers are the heart of Women With Purpose, Inc.
We offer meaningful opportunities for both individuals and groups to serve and make a lasting impact in the lives of the families we support. Rooted in the unchanging truth of God’s Word, we lead with love, extend grace freely, and serve without condition—reflecting Christ in all that we do.
